ROMA Devices respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Roma Devices LLC, doing business as ROMA Devices and ROMA Legion, collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our websites, store, private dealer and administrator tools, registration tools, digital products, communications, and related services.
Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, billing and shipping information, order details, dealer or administrator account information, product registrations, serial numbers, support messages, and communications with ROMA. We may also collect technical information such as device data, browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referral sources, checkout activity, and usage data through cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies. Payment information is processed by our payment providers. ROMA may receive transaction details, payment status, and limited billing information, but we do not intend to store full payment card numbers. Stripe collects payment details for guest checkout. ROMA stores the contact, order, shipping, registration, and support information needed to provide the service. Registration certificates and transactional updates are delivered by email; customer submissions do not create login accounts.
How We Use Information
ROMA uses information to process orders, ship products, manage private dealer and administrator accounts, verify ownership, register products, provide support, deliver digital products, improve our services, prevent fraud, enforce policies, send transactional messages, and send separately requested product or release communications. Registration and warranty submissions do not create an account or automatically subscribe you to marketing. We may also use information to protect ROMA, our customers, our systems, our intellectual property, and the integrity of limited releases, waitlists, and private dealer services.
How We Share Information
ROMA does not sell personal information that directly identifies you. ROMA may share personal information with service providers that help us operate our business, including payment processors, shipping carriers, hosting providers, analytics tools, email providers, fraud-prevention services, customer support tools, and legal or compliance advisors. ROMA may also use, disclose, license, transfer, or sell de-identified, anonymized, aggregated, or non-personal information for lawful business purposes, including analytics, product development, market research, industry reporting, advertising insights, operational improvement, and commercial partnerships. This information will not reasonably identify you, your household, your device, or your private dealer or administrator account. ROMA will not attempt to re-identify de-identified information, and where appropriate, ROMA will require recipients of such information not to attempt to re-identify it. ROMA may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our policies, to protect rights and safety, to respond to lawful requests, or in connection with a business transfer, merger, reorganization, or sale of assets.
Cookies and Analytics
Essential browser storage supports site preferences, security, and accountless access links. Our optional Google Analytics integration is currently disabled. App-level usage tracking is limited to public catalog and content pages; it excludes query strings and link credentials and does not attach account identities. Hosting and payment providers may process technical information to operate and protect their services. External media, such as YouTube and Instagram content, loads when you choose to play it. The external provider may then receive technical information under its own privacy policy. You may adjust browser settings to limit cookies and storage, but some access and preference features may not work correctly without them.
Your Choices
You may contact ROMA to request access, correction, deletion, or limitation of your personal information, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, transaction, warranty, tax, accounting, and operational recordkeeping requirements. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us. Transactional, account, order, registration, legal, and support messages may still be sent when necessary.
Data Security
ROMA uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and ROMA cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, misuse, or interruption will never occur. Dealers and administrators are responsible for keeping their private account credentials secure. Customers do not need an account.
Data Retention
ROMA keeps information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the services, fulfill orders, maintain ownership records, provide support, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce policies, and protect ROMA’s business interests. Secure order-lookup links and download-access sessions expire after 30 minutes. Expired lookup and download-access records are removed in bounded cleanup batches during order-lookup processing. Hashed abuse-prevention counters become eligible for the same cleanup after 24 hours. These controls do not delete order, registration, or warranty history.
Children
ROMA services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
International Users
If you access ROMA from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where ROMA or its service providers operate. By using ROMA services, you understand that your information may be transferred and processed outside your country of residence.
Changes to This Policy
ROMA may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised date. Continued use of ROMA services after changes are posted means the updated policy applies.
